Jake's Memorial
Donate in Jake's Name
A donation was made in Jake's memory by Doctors and Staff of the Valley Veterinary Clinic. His memorial was created on 2/28/2013.
Jake was a wonderful companion and such a loyal laid back kitty. I rescued him when he had run away from a previous home. He was neutered and declawed but obviously

he didn't like where he was.

My vets best guess is he was about 5 when I got him. He passed over rainbow bridge on Dec. 22 2012. He is dearly missed.
