The liver (A) is one of the digestive glands, and we will look more closely at it under that heading; The spleen (B) is one of the lymphatic organs, and since we have discussed it in lecture, you should be able to identify it and state its function; The lacey material covering the abdominal viscera is the greater omentum (C).
