The stomach and greater omentum (A)
have been reflected forward to expose the left lobe (B) of the pancreas,
which lies in the greater omentum caudal to the stomach and liver, and the right
lobe (C) of the pancreas, which lies adjacent to the descending duodenum
(D), in the mesoduodenum.
The pancreas has both an exocrine and an endocrine function. Review these functions in [ Lab 11H ].
