I expect you to be able to identify the layers indicated above. If more of the tunica mucosa were included in the image, you would be able to identify the villi, indicating that this is from the small intestine. The tunica mucosa consists of the mucosa (epithelium), the lamina propria and the muscularis mucosa. The lower head of the "tunica mucosa" arrow is over the muscularis mucosa.
