The labels are the same as the previous image, with the exception that the three portions of the rhomboideus muscle are now labelled separately. Because C1 attaches to the head, it is the rhomboideus capitis muscle; C2 attaches to the dorsal midline over the cervical vertebrae, so is is known at the rhomboideus cervicis muscle; and lastly, C3 attaches to the spines of the thoracic vertebrae, and is therefore named the rhomboideus thoracis muscle. Try to identify the other muscles and structures.

A. Omotransversarius muscle; B. Serratus ventralis muscle; D1 and D2 are the reflected cervical and thoracic portions of the trapezius muscle; E. Latissimus dorsi muscle; F. Spinal accessory nerve; G. Superficial cervical lymph nodes.
