The suspensory ligament of the ovary (D), which is "strummed" during and ovariohysterectomy to allow externalization of the ovary, the proper ligament of the ovary (E) and the round ligament of the uterus (F), which is comes off the lateral aspect of the broad ligament (G), can be identified in this image.
