Just as you did in the lab, I have transected the deltoideus muscle (A1, A2) below the acromium and have reflected it to expose the infraspinatus muscle (B). As you see, I also removed a 1 cm portion of the infraspinatus muscle to expose the underlying infraspinatus fossa of the scapula.
