WSU CVM's 8th annual transition ceremony was held Thursday May 3rd in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital breezeway. The event celebrated the Class of 2013's completion of the pre clinical curriculum and their transition to the fourth and final year of the DVM curriculum. All members of the class of 2013 received a set of basic clinical instruments, compliments of Nestle Purina.
Speakers included Dr. Bryan Slinker, Dean; Dr. Bill Dernell, VCS Chair; Dr. Boel Fransson (VCS Small Animal); Dr. Ahmed Tibary (VCS Large Animal); Dr. Doug Jasmer, Associate Dean of Student & Academic Affairs and Dr. John Cannon from the WSVMA.
