For Excellence in Research, Teaching, Service, or Business

Nomination Deadline: February 1, 2010

Eligibility

Any graduate who has been in possession of a M.S. or Ph.D. degree from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine for more than five (5) years is eligible for nomination.

The Award

The award consist of a plaque that will be presented during the College of Veterinary Medicine Celebration of Excellence awards banquet. In addition, each recipient will have his/her name added to a plaque in Bustad Hall.


Nomination Process

  1. Please complete the nomination form below.
  2. Arrange for two additional recommendation letters to be sent from others in support of this nomination.
  3. Additional sheets and supportive documents can also be attached. (The more information you can provide, the better the chances are for your candidate.)

Nomination form can be completed online and printed, or the form may be printed blank and completed by hand.
