Please fill out a CLASSROOM ASSISTANCE REQUEST (attached to the back of this package) and leave it in the mailbox of the classroom assistant and email them at least 24 hours in advance of your need, or give them the form personally in the classroom a day ahead.
Pickup the equipment the day you need to use it and bring it to the classroom. (NOTE: It is not the responsibility of the classroom assistant to pickup or return equipment it is too much of an inconvenience for them as students.)
Classroom assistants will assist in getting the equipment set up and help you take it down. Make sure you have transferred the files you need to the proper shared file, or have your disk, or videotape ready when you come to class. Please be there on the hour to give the assistants a full ten minutes also realize they may need to take some time for the break to use facilities, get refreshment, etc.
