Content

Up to now there has been little that cattle producers could do about foodborne and environmental pathogens like E. coli O157:H7.  But science has developed new tools, like vaccines, that have opened a doorway to pre-harvest control of this deadly pathogen. But, some fear what's on the other side of the door.  Learn how we unlocked the door and decide for yourself whether or not we should step inside.
