Using Adobe Connect Web Conference Software (AKA Breeze)

sure to test your computer's speakers to assure you will be able to hear the
speaker.
Screen Layout
See text below this image for a description of the 4 numbered boxes to
allow you to 1. set connection speed which affects voice
quality, 2. Toggle the image full screen or part screen,
3. Send a text chat, 4. Use interaction
icons.

The program will automatically detect your connection speed. If the sound is
of low quality, select a higher connection speed (DSL or LAN). If the audio
drops words then your connection is not fast enough for high quality audio;
drop your audio connection to modem. The sound quality is less crisp but it
is less likely that words will drop out. The image below shows the selections you make from the menu bar to set connection speed.
2. You may elect to view the slides taking up your entire
screen by clicking the
Full Screen button or you may wish to see the chat
and attendee windows. You can toggle back and forth.
3. To send a
text chat, type your message then press arrow
to the right of the text box.
4. Click the arrow to the right of the little person in the
blue shirt icon to reveal "interaction icons"
