2000 Household Pet Cat Show

On Saturday, April 15, 2000, the Student Chapter of the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) and the Organization of Future Veterinarians (OFV) sponsored a household pet cat show at Sunnyside Elementary School.  Prizes were provide by the IAMS Pet Food Company. The cats were judged by Alice Rhea. The judge provided lots of information about the different breeds, characteristics and colors of cats as they were judged. There was a raffle for merchandise donated from local businesses and from the IAMs Company and opportunites to purchase AAFP’s cat t-shirts and baked goods.
All the cats and their owners are winners!
