We're almost done, but there are still a number of tasks that need attention to bring the exercise to a close and make sure the case you facilitated is left in good condition for the next time it is used.
1. Complete an evaluation for each clinic (see link to instructions and evaluation form below)
Enter points in each category. For now, just enter the
5 peer points and we will deduct later if we learn of a problem.
The DC is worth 50 points total – 45 from the facilitator & client + 5 points
from peers.
2. Email your final evaluation SCORE to Edie Buchanan/Rachel Halsey - copied to Steve. e.g. Group #17: score = 46; Group #18, score = 45
3. Pass or email your completed evaluations to Edie Buchanan or Rachel Halsey in the VMP office. (Bustad 402)
4. Organize your students' DC Medical Records for archival purposes.
5. Update and organize your case to be used again.

6. Return ◊ case materials, ◊ case record, ◊ your client's DC Client Handbook, ◊ student DC medical records, and all other materials - so that nothing is lost.
Stack these materials on top of the DC filing cabinet in
Bustad 491 or pass them to Edie Buchanan/Rachel Halsey.
At some point when the dust has settled, we’ll extract all the used materials
and re-populate the 3-ring notebook with fresh documents for use again next
year.
7. Sign WSU paperwork for travel reimbursement and honorarium. See Edie Buchanan or Rachel Halsey in Bustad 402
8. Prepare for facilitator debriefing meeting.
Thoughts on your case, your client, your students, the
exercise, elements of the DC, etc.
If, by chance, you are leaving time before the facilitators meet, be sure to
communicate your impressions and recommendations to your co-facilitator and/or
Steve before you leave.
9. Evaluations of Individual Students.
If you or your client completed separate evaluations for individual students, pass those to Edie Buchanan or Rachel Halsey as well. We will return these to individual student mailboxes on the same day the Clinic Evaluations are returned
