Instructional Support Services
We provide audiovisual equipment checkout to CVM faculty, students and staff.
BCU has several laptops, video projectors, laser pointers, and a digital
camcorder available for presentations or instructional use. We also have various
cables and adapters available for checkout.
Requests for equipment checkout can be placed by calling by phone or in office.
Please ask if you have any questions regarding equipment use.

Classroom Assistants
First- through third-year College of Veterinary Medicine classes have a
designated Classroom Assistant who helps instructors and presenters with the
technical equipment in our classrooms. They are also available to video record
classes for students with pre-excused absences designated by the dean’s office.
For such occasions, a DVD copy will be available to pick up at BCU the following
day.

Classroom Audiovisual Support
Each classroom is equipped with audio/video/computer technical instructions. The
instructions should provide you with all the information you need to set up
presentations and lectures. If problems occur don’t hesitate to ask for help.
We can help presenters with initial set up, lighting, computer, and any
audio/video needs. If you know in advance a lecturer or presentation will
require additional technical support, please contact us to schedule an available
