The Department of Veterinary and Comparative Anatomy, Pharmacology and Physiology (VCAPP) is responsible for teaching anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and neuroscience courses within the professional veterinary education curriculum. In addition, our permanent, research and adjunct faculty members are dedicated to educating students in undergraduate and graduate professional programs and in mentoring them to pursue cutting-edge research. |

Tour of Building: VCAPP has been offered the opportunity to take a tour of your new building (later in the afternoon, March 2, TBA). Those going must wear hard hats, closed shoes and be aware of stairs. Email Becky if you are interested. She will send you more information.

Groundbreaking ceremonies for the new Veterinary Medicine Research Building (Rec 4 VMRB) took place October 8, 2010. Project completion is scheduled for 2012. The building will be located next to the Biotechnology/Life Sciences Building on Stadium Way (before photos) / (follow progress).(ceremony videos/photos)

CVM Safety Committee meets at 10:30 a.m. the 2nd Thursday of each month (Dean's Conference Room). This meeting is open to all CVM community interested in helping to promote safety.
