The ECM shop works under the office of the Dean. Jobs are
put on the list in the order they are received. Jobs to be worked under
emergency rates are given a higher priority and subject to change based on
availability of repair parts and equipment outages. We will work with all
customers to ensure a timely solution to their needs regardless of billing
rate.
A detailed report listing all repair work done on a
particular job is available to the customer upon request. All jobs worked
during the month are billed through the deans office during the first two
weeks of the following month. Special billing requests are also possible,
contact the shop for details.
