The Center serves the educational needs of students, technicians, and faculty clinicians alike.

"As a teaching assistant for the lab, I can say firsthand that I watched students at WSU grow in their surgery skills in ways that students don't have opportunities to do until the third year in other programs." Amy Berry ('15 DVM)

The WSU Clinical Simulation Center offers hands-on simulated surgical training from basic suturing to operating and emergency room situations. The center's mission is to provide a positive, enriching, and supportive educational environment and is open to WSU veterinary students, interns, residents, and faculty.  A leader in advancing technical and clinical knowledge simulation training for veterinarians, WSU offers some of the most advance medical models for training, which improves veterinary care to all animals.
