Registration for the 2008 AVMA Veterinary Leadership Experience!

STEP 1: Enter your email address. If you are registering for another person, enter your email address AND the email address of the AVMA VLE participant.

Within a few minutes you will receive an email message containing a web link. This assures us that your email address is valid and was entered correctly. Follow the link or copy the link into the address line of your web browser. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes of form submission, first check the "junk" mail folder of your email program. The email message will be from <CVMRegistration@vetmed.wsu.edu> with a subject line of AVMA Veterinary Leadership Experience Signup.  If you do not receive this email message, please contact Dr. Cheryl Dhein at crd@vetmed.wsu.edu.

STEP 2: When you follow the web link, you will be asked to create a password. This step also registers you with the AVMA VLE email list for ongoing communications.  Special Note for Returning Participants: If you have previously attended a VLE event you will login using your email address and password and follow the online instructions to register for AVMA VLE 2008 and may then edit previously entered information.

STEP 3: Continue Signup. Enter your email address and the password you just created to open a form in which you will provide your contact information and personal information. You do not have to complete all aspects of this form at one time. Complete the information you currently have available and save the form. 

As you have additional details to provide such as flight information, follow the link to Edit My  Information and add that information.

Closer to the time of the event you will be asked to complete a series of assessment instruments. In order to keep track of these instruments, you will be provided with an assessment code that you can "store" with your contact information for look-up at a later date.

If you wish to add to or change contact information (email, mail address, phone number) follow the link on the main VLE page and at the left of each page called: Edit My  Information.
