NOTICE The Newsletter will now be a dynamic instrument
for dissemination of information. It will have outdated items removed and
new items of interest added as they are received. The newsletter will be updated
on a yearly basis.
This format allows more flexibility for each Associate Regional Editor
and the Senior Editor. It also should provide more current information
for the reader. This means that each of you should visit the STVM web site
and newsletter on a monthly basis to stay informed of the latest and greatest
item(s) of interest.
