Practical Application of Systems to Guide Practice Ethics (Part I and Part II).  Speakers present a general overview of best practices for grounding owners and employees in ethical issues and implementing systems which deal with ethical quagmires.  Attendees will learn what tools are appropriate for their practice and how to implement 1) practice ethics rounds; 2), non-profit organizations; 3) strategic planning; 4) core values; 5) ethical record keeping practices; 6) pro-bono programs; 7) conflict resolution systems when staff and owners have different standards of ethics, and 8) hiring processes to select employees and employers with compatible moral and ethical standards.
