The WSU Pet Memorial
Program is a way for you to offer meaningful comfort to those
who have lost an animal companion or for those who want to make
a lasting memorial of their own.
When you give to the WSU Pet Memorial Program we will:
- Send the pet owner a personal letter of condolence
recognizing the close human-animal bond
- Invite pet owners to post a photo and story about
their beloved pet
- Help pet owners notify their family and friends that
a memorial has been established

Pet Stories
Anyone passing by was a friend to be had and he was sure to let them know it. After Ziggy died Iris and I erected a little memorial outside our house. Over the next couple of days people left all sorts of flowers, cards, candles, and small toy animals for him
