  Ebony Nov. 1993- May 26, 2006

Ebony was a very special black lab. She was such a big part of our lives, and she is missed terribly. Ebony was the queen of everything (house, truck, and car). If she heard the keys, it was time to go. She always rode shotgun, but if she couldn’t do that, she would sit in the back middle seat so she wouldn’t miss anything. She thought she had to go everywhere the truck or car went. And even though she lived on a farm, she wanted nothing to do with any of the animals on it. The couch was much more appealing.

Those car and truck rides are not the same anymore. You really don’t know how much they mean to you until they’re gone. She wasn’t just my dog, she was like my child. She went everywhere with me. She will be with me in spirit forever.

  I will always love her.
