  Kirby

We discovered Kirby at a local animal shelter. Since she wasn't very healthy at the time, we had to wait several days before we could bring her home. Once we were able to bring her home, the first course of business was to give her a name. As we watched her, she circled the kitchen several times and discovered every little crumb on the kitchen floor. We knew at that time "Kirby" was a perfect fit for our girl! To the very end, she lived up to her name. We were never able to leave food sitting out where she could get within reach of it. We miss her dearly, but know that she is in a much better place and no longer in pain.
