bullet GRE scores submitted to ETS website at http://www.ets.org/gre/ using college code 4984 and department code 0617.   Received by Oct 3
bullet $60 application/processing fee to WSU CVM

bullet check the box for WSU on the VMCAS application form
bullet submit evaluation forms to VMCAS
bullet VMCAS will collect its own application fee
