  1. name of the institution at which you took that class 2. class name and number, 3. credit hours 4. year you took the class

   
  
  Please don't be overly concerned about the absolute credit values of the prerequisite coursework you entered. Prerequisite coursework is evaluated primarily on content covered, not just credit hours received.  Those determinations are made at the time of your application review.
