|CD60b which was CDw60 is now divided into CD60a, CD60b, and CD60c. CD60b is expressed on T lymphocyte subsets derived from peripheral blood and CD8+ subsets and CD4+ memory subsets but it is not detectable on naive CD45R0 T cells. Recently it was found that CD34+ hematopoietic precursor cells are positive for CD60b. It is expressed on activated B cells, neuroectodermal cells in the thymus epithelium and in the skin. CD60b expression may correlate with CD4 Th2-type cytokine profile, some breast carcinomas and melanomas.|
