|CD139 is expressed on B lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes. The expression is weak on erythrocytes, with a variable expression on B cells but is not expressed on T cell lines with the expression of HPB-ALL. CD139 is found on some myeloid cell lines. In tissues sections, there is strong reactivity with follicular dendritic cells and renal glomeruli. BU30 is also expressed in the smooth muscle of selective vessels.|
