VSIG2 is a single-pass type-1 325 aa glycoprotein.  It contains a signal sequence, an extracellular domain which contains 1 Ig-like C2-type domain, 1 Ig-like V-type domain and multiple N-linked glycosylation sites, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain which has phosphorylation sites.
