DC for Clients and Facilitators

This page is specifically dedicated to the various forms of communication requirements of the DCs.
In order for the program to run as smoothly as possible, communication plays a key role in the success of the Diagnostic Challenge.
Below are a few points to keep in mind as you start your DC experience:
Main Points:
- Communicate regularly with client throughout DC: Morning, Noon & End of each day
- Communicate regularly with the other facilitator on the case
- Check your email often
For student responses/questions, announcements, reminders, forms, etc.
Consult closely on case and clinics. Make arrangements for how to communicate each day (note, meet, phone, etc.)
Provide your client with copies of any UPDATES given to students
Provide client with next set of instructions (ideally written) as needed for the case to “unfold”
Please make sure you are working together
